Our story began in 1994 when our founder, David Denman, saw a gap in the roofing industry and had the vision to start Roof Management. Sadly, David passed away in 2019, but his legacy lives on in the company he built and the lives he touched.

• Jeff Schultz, Managing Director, Evaluation Services: Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry. He is responsible for overseeing our evaluation services.
• Jonathan Chamberlain, Managing Director, Project Design and Construction Management: Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. He is responsible for overseeing our project design and construction management services.
