Our Story
Founded in 2002, FairClaims began with a vision to raise the bar of quality and professionalism in the roofing industry. Our founders, Justin O'Neal and Ray Phillips, had a goal of becoming industry leaders by honoring their core values. Today, we operate independently as FCR Construction, LLC in DFW, Greater Austin, and the surrounding areas of Tyler, while FCR Services, LLC operates in The Woodlands, Greater Houston, and along the Texas coast.

Justin, CEO of FCR Services, LLC, has personally sold over $30 million worth of roofing projects in his career and has completed multiple trainings from the Center for the Advancement of Roofing Excellence. Ray, CEO of FCR Construction, LLC, has a passion for integrity and making every customer happy, with a lengthy background in retail management and 20 years of experience as CEO.
