In August 2017, Jennie Mergola passed away, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Victoria Mergola, Jennie's granddaughter, assumed the role of President, carrying the torch forward with the same dedication and passion. Victoria, a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and a Project Management certification from Columbia University, brings a fresh perspective and a combination of creative vision and technical expertise to GEM Roofing. She is also OSHA Construction Safety and Health certified, ensuring a commitment to the safety and well-being of all team members.
